SMS terms

These terms apply to text messages from Outstanding Construction Inc. to customers who request an estimate on zhuoyue.nyc and agree to receive texts.

These terms are published in several languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version governs.

Program

Program name: Outstanding Construction Project Updates.

Outstanding Construction Inc. sends text messages (SMS and MMS) about your estimate request, such as confirming details, scheduling site visits, sending estimates, project updates and replies to your questions. This program does not send marketing messages.

How you join

You join the program by checking the text message box on the estimate request form and submitting the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate without agreeing to text messages.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your request and project. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you join again. You can also opt out by emailing hi@zhuoyue.nyc or calling (929) 829-9929.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
