Commercial projects
Construction and building services for businesses and property owners
We work with property owners, managers, developers, retailers, restaurants, clinics and pharmacies. Each estimate sets out the scope and price in writing and explains how the work affects operating cost and the use of the space.
What the work is planned to achieve
EV charging as a revenue and traffic source
A charger can bring customers to a store or restaurant and earn fees from drivers, depending on location, pricing and use. We source Level 2 and DC fast chargers directly from manufacturers, without network markups on the equipment, and plan the electrical service, load management and utility applications with Con Edison or PSEG Long Island.
EV charger installationClinic and pharmacy spaces
A procedure, lab, imaging, infusion or therapy room lets a practice provide services in-house that patients would otherwise receive elsewhere. We build these rooms, pharmacies with robotic dispensing and server rooms for practices that host their own EMR, to the requirements of the practice's licensing and its equipment.
Clinic & pharmacy build-outsFaster turnovers and fewer vacancy days
Painting, repairs and finishes are scheduled back to back, and the same durable materials and fixtures are used across units, so a unit is ready for the next tenant sooner and later repairs go faster.
Rental turnovers & property upgradesLower operating cost
Load management is designed to reduce demand charges from chargers and large equipment, an upgrade plan sequenced against Local Law 97 limits reduces exposure to penalties, and scheduled maintenance costs less than emergency repairs.
Building maintenance & repairsProject management that controls cost
On new buildings and large renovations, each trade is bid on the same scope, change orders and invoices are reviewed before payment, and design conflicts are resolved before they reach the site.

Clinics and pharmacies we have built
We have built out independent clinics of all specialties, a radiology imaging center, a dental office, independent pharmacies with robotic dispensing and on-site EMR server rooms across New York City and Long Island, mostly in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Chinatown and in Nassau and Suffolk counties, and we take on projects in other locations as well. When a practice takes over a former clinic, we walk the space before demolition to identify the rooms, HVAC and backed-up circuits that can be reused. We also help practices acquire, transport and install used medical equipment.
